Get in Shape!
Rise to the challenge with Julia's "Get in shape bootcamps" to transform your body and help you to become stronger from the inside out. Each week will bring you a variety of workouts, from HIIT and cardio to strength and mobility. You’ll find shorter classes with targeted core exercises, as well as longer classes to work your arms, shoulders, glutes, and legs using your core to support those movements. Using Julia’s unique approach to training, these workouts are
designed to work your muscles quickly to build strength efficiently
and effectively. While these classes are challenging, they’re also
accessible if you’re new to strength or weight training. Each class will
focus on form and technique, and you can take it at your own pace by
modifying (for example with additional or less weights) or advancing your moves. From fiery circuits to challenging HIIT excercises, prepare to feel stronger and more confident after each
workout. In this program you will challenge your strength and endurance and improve your mobility, flexibility and balance. Prepare to push your limits for a 360-degree transformation.
